Pacific Area Public Affairs Retreat in Queenstown

Every year the Public Affairs team in Australia and the PA team in New Zealand meet for a retreat.   We are a small group this year, especially since the woman on the left and the woman in purple are visitors.  And we are still waiting for a couple to replace the senior couple who was reassigned to Samoa.

Jeff and I were in charge of planning and organizing the retreat.  We flew to Queenstown two days early to make sure all arrangements we made actually took place and all was ready to go.  We had two full days of work and a play day.  It was great to meet the Gibbs, a senior couple in Australia, (who live in Orem), and it was wonderful to become reacquainted with the Mangelsons, who we first met a year ago in our PA training classes, (and who live in American Fork, just a few blocks away from where we live).  We also met Alan Wakely for the first time who is Rich's assistant in Australia.
